Greg is an accomplished executive with deep expertise in financial management, strategic sourcing, public sector procurement, tender preparation and review, and contract and vendor negotiation and management. He has particular experience contracting to Commonwealth agencies to support the design and delivery of critical procurement projects within high-profile and dynamic policy environments. His expertise extends to guiding organisations through efficient procurement processes that not only meet their objectives but also deliver innovative, tangible commercial outcomes.

In the private sector, Greg has substantial operational experience, having developed and scaled multiple businesses in the hospitality, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors, with both local and national presence.

He has drawn on his diverse experience to develop a competitive and distinctive service model at Resolve Recruit, centered on enhancing the experience for both candidates and employers.

Greg is well-connected within the Canberra and Melbourne business communities and actively contributes to various philanthropic efforts. He serves on the Victorian State Advisory Board for the Starlight Children’s Foundation and as Treasurer for the Canberra-based charity Raize the Roof.

A Chartered Accountant accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Greg holds bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Psychology from the Australian National University and is PRINCE2 Foundation certified.
